Hi, I'm Matt.
I'm Matt Spencer, the owner of Landscape Science. I work directly with homeowners throughout Glen Allen, Short Pump, and the greater Richmond area to create landscapes that are beautiful, practical, and suited to the people who live there.
What I enjoy most about landscaping is helping homeowners see the potential in their properties. Sometimes that means creating a completely new landscape design. Other times, it's making a few thoughtful changes that transform how a home looks and feels.
I enjoy taking an idea and figuring out how to make it work in the real world. Choosing the right plants, improving the layout of an existing garden bed, and bringing everything together are the details that make this work rewarding.
No two properties are exactly alike, and I don't believe they should be treated that way.
